We’re now on the lookout for a Social Media Manager who knows how to tell stories, build communities, and make content that stops thumbs mid-scroll.
The Role
We’re searching for someone who lives and breathes social media—someone who knows exactly what makes a great TikTok go viral, how to spark meaningful conversations on Instagram, and how to keep our community excited and engaged every day. You’ll own the organic social strategy, from creative ideation and filming to community management and content publishing.
You should be just as excited to plan a playful TikTok series as you are organizing a content calendar around a big product drop. If you love storytelling, understand the magic behind compelling visuals, and thrive on building genuine connections online, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Social Strategy Development: Craft and execute a vibrant social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and connects authentically with our audience.
- Content Creation & Publishing: Be hands-on in ideating, filming, editing, and posting engaging content primarily across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll maintain the brand aesthetic and bring personality to every post.
- Community Management: Build relationships with our audience, responding thoughtfully to comments and messages, and nurturing a loyal, engaged community.
- Creative Storytelling: Innovate and experiment with fresh content ideas, trends, and formats to drive brand awareness, engagement, and organic growth.
- Collaboration & Planning: Work closely with our Creative Director and wider marketing team to plan content calendars, support product launches, and amplify campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track organic social performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
Who You Are
- Passionate about storytelling, creative trends, and genuinely connecting with audiences.
- Confident filming on an iPhone, editing quick-hit content, and experimenting creatively.
- Organized but flexible—you’re comfortable adapting plans as social trends and conversations shift.
- A genuine fan of social media, who deeply understands the nuances of platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content in fashion, lifestyle, or culture-led brands.
- Comfortable occasionally appearing in social media content (definitely not required, but a great plus!)
- Based in London or able to easily travel into the city for occasional events and shoots.
