Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the affiliate program operated by In Print We Trust (Orchard International Limited), you agree to the following terms and conditions, in addition to the general Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility and Application
1.1. The affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses who meet the eligibility requirements set by In Print We Trust.
1.2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
1.3. Approval into the affiliate program is at the sole discretion of In Print We Trust. Applications may be declined for any reason without obligation to provide a justification.
2. Content Creation and Promotion
2.1. Affiliates are required to actively create and promote content advertising their unique affiliate codes to attract new audiences. While original content is encouraged, reposting or repurposing existing content is acceptable, provided the affiliate has the right to use it and it does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. All content must align with ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations.
2.2. Participation in the affiliate program assumes a good-faith effort to generate new customers for In Print We Trust through creative, engaging, and ethical promotional activities.
3. Prohibited Practices
3.1. Affiliates must refrain from engaging in any fraudulent or unethical behavior. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to:
- Posting affiliate codes on coupon or discount aggregator websites.
- Using deceptive or misleading methods to promote affiliate codes.
- Posting affiliate codes on In Print We Trust’s owned platforms (e.g., social media content, website, or community pages), thereby targeting our existing customer base instead of attracting new audiences.
- Engaging in spam-like behavior or unsolicited promotion of affiliate codes.
3.2. Affiliates found engaging in prohibited practices may have their commissions voided and their participation in the program terminated without prior notice.
4. Commission Structure and Payout Terms
4.1. Commissions are calculated based on completed sales generated through the affiliate’s unique code.
4.2. Commissions are subject to a manual review process to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. During this review, In Print We Trust will verify the legitimacy of sales and promotional activities associated with the affiliate code.
4.3. Approved commissions will be paid out only after they have been reviewed and confirmed by In Print We Trust.
4.4. Sales that are refunded, cancelled, or disputed will not qualify for commission. Adjustments may also be made if prohibited or unethical practices are identified during the review process.
5. Marketing Guidelines
5.1. Affiliates must adhere to all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including disclosing affiliate relationships (e.g., using hashtags like #ad or #affiliate).
5.2. Promotional content must align with In Print We Trust’s brand guidelines and must not contain offensive, misleading, or defamatory material.
5.3. Affiliates must not use paid advertisements that include In Print We Trust’s name, branding, or trademark without prior written permission.
6. Intellectual Property Use
6.1. Any unauthorized modification, misuse, or representation of In Print We Trust’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the affiliate’s participation in the program.
7. Right to Void Commissions
7.1. In Print We Trust reserves the right to void any commissions earned through prohibited or fraudulent practices.
7.2. This includes, but is not limited to, any practices listed under Prohibited Practices or any activity deemed unethical, exploitative, or contrary to the intent of the affiliate program.
7.3. Decisions to void commissions or terminate an affiliate’s participation will be made at the sole discretion of In Print We Trust and without prior notice.
8. Affiliate Code Removal and Program Termination
8.1. In cases of suspected or confirmed violations, In Print We Trust reserves the right to deactivate or remove affiliate codes and terminate participation in the program without further notice.
8.2. In Print We Trust also reserves the right to discontinue the affiliate program or modify its terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or the program portal.
9. General Terms
9.1. Affiliates are considered independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of In Print We Trust.
9.2. Affiliates are responsible for all taxes and legal obligations arising from participation in the affiliate program.
9.3. In Print We Trust will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the affiliate program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes to these terms, which may be made at the sole discretion of In Print We Trust.
